Restoring factory default settings

If your set-top box gets slow or doesn't work as it usually does, it may help to restore the factory default settings.

Step 1 of 6

Find Settings.

Select Settings.

Step 3 of 6

Select System management.

Step 4 of 6

Select Resets & updates.

Step 5 of 6

Highlight Factory Reset.

Step 6 of 6

Press the Selection key and follow the instructions on the screen to restore the factory default settings.

Once your set-top box is restored, it needs to be configured and prepared for use.
