Restarting your set-top box
If your set-top box is slow or freezes, it might help to restart it.
Step 1 of 2
Disconnect the power supply from the power plug to turn off your set-top box and wait for 10 seconds.
Step 2 of 2
Connect the power supply to the power plug to turn on your set-top box. It may take a little time for your set-top box to restart and reconnect to the internet.
